Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and show it in your account.
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding:
- Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

- Arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Cover all return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

- Items that have been personalized or customized (unless defective)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
